Partial service Pasture: $300 - Barn provides and serves all feed, other services extra.
Full Service $325 -$450 (Full care- will be available and organize vet calls, shots, shoeing, blanketing etc - Grain & Hay provided) Excellent for Retired, brood mares or Laid up horses.

Turn out for all stalled horses daily. Shavings, grain, Hay and cleaning included.
Grain: up to 5 lbs daily.
Additional Grain/ feed for hard keepers $15 - $30. Senior feed available for $20 - $30.
Blanketing $45 per month.
Extra Shavings $25 -$35.
Day care-Lunging, Hand walk, etc. $20.
Exercise ride/ Schooling. $25.
Vet Appointment handling. $15 -$25.
Medication. $5 -$15 Daily -if not oral and able to be given with regular feeding times.
Price varies depending on meds and or care needed.
Clipping: Trace $125. Full Body $160. Full body with legs $200.
Trailer Storage: $25 month -trailer, $35 for truck & Trailer. $200

Horse Hotel Rates: $35 a night. 2nd night $25 - for stalls. Pasture or paddock- $25 per night
